Full Package or Selected Works
Full package: one team handles the finishing from partitions to handover, so every issue has one address and the work runs on one schedule instead of several contractors’ schedules.
Selected works: if you already have contractors for some items, we deliver only the works you choose, such as MEP on its own, or décor and joinery. The quote states in writing what is in our scope and what is not.
Your Design, Built Exactly as Drawn
We don’t provide design services; our role is execution. We work from the drawings of the architect or interior designer you chose, and coordinate with them through to handover, so the finished villa matches the approved design.

What a Finishing Contract Usually Excludes
Usually outside a finishing contract: design work, furniture and loose items, and landscaping. We list these in writing in the quote, in or out, so there is no dispute once the project ends.
