By handover, you can no longer see most of what makes a villa last: the waterproofing under the tiles, the steel inside the concrete, the pipes behind the plaster. The Falcon Standard sets out how we build those parts, one scope of work at a time, what we check before we cover each stage, and the shortcuts to watch for on cheaper jobs.
How we check every stage
- A dedicated site engineer on every Falcon project.
- The site engineer inspects and signs off each stage before the next trade starts, followed by the client’s consultant if there is one.
- We build to the Saudi Building Code, the approved drawings and the manufacturer’s instructions.
