Our scope began from the early stage of block partitioning and continued through to the final handover, ensuring every phase was managed with consistency and precision. From defining internal layouts to delivering a fully finished, ready-to-live space, each step was handled under one integrated approach.

The project included complete MEP works, covering electrical systems, water supply, drainage, and HVAC, all planned and executed to support both performance and comfort. Alongside this, we carried out all finishing works including plastering, painting, false ceilings, tiling, and detailed woodwork—bringing together functionality with refined aesthetics.

Special attention was given to lifestyle elements within the villa, including the installation of a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, creating a private wellness experience within the home. External works such as façades and landscape were also developed to ensure the villa presents a cohesive and elegant appearance from the outside in.
