AM Villa is a high-end residential villa developed with a complete start-to-finish approach. The project began with excavation and progressed through every stage of construction, finishing, and detailing, ending with a fully completed home handed over to the client. The focus throughout was on delivering a refined living space that balances quality, comfort, and design

Design Collaboration – 

This project was designed in collaboration with MESURA, a Spanish design firm known for its modern and thoughtful architectural style. Their involvement brought a strong design identity to the villa, shaping the overall look, feel, and spatial experience. The result is a home that reflects clean design, balanced proportions, and a contemporary lifestyle.

Scope of Work

Our scope included complete interior works, finishing, décor, and full MEP services. From early-stage construction to final detailing, all aspects were handled to deliver a fully ready and functional residential space.

Project Challenges

The project involved deep excavation up to 5 meters, with dewatering required from 2.4 meters to manage site conditions. In addition, execution during the COVID-19 period created delays in imported materials such as tiles, garage doors, and furniture.
