We were awarded the contract to construct a complete furniture manufacturing facility in Jeddah’s Third Industrial City. The factory was designed as a pre-engineered structure with a clear-span layout, allowing maximum flexibility for the installation and movement of equipment and machinery within the space.
Our scope of work included both civil and steel works, covering the construction of foundations and the complete steel structure of the factory. In addition to execution, we also developed the project from design stage to detailed construction drawings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth on-site implementation.
